Delete Your LumiSpend Account

This applies to both LumiSpend and LumiSpend Student, made by Enovante LLC. Deleting your account permanently removes your records. If you might want them later, export them first: Profile → Settings → Export All Data.

Delete It in the App

    Open LumiSpend or LumiSpend Student and sign in.

  2. 2

    Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

  3. 3

    Read what will be deleted, type the confirmation word and tap Delete Account.

It happens straight away. You'll be signed out on every device.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription, because Apple or Google bills it.

  • iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel Subscription

Deleted

  • Your profile, name and sign-in details
  • Every record: transactions, invoices, budgets, bills, goals, work hours
  • Receipt photos
  • Copies in our encrypted backups, within 7 days

Kept

  • Subscription records (plan, dates, store transaction ID) for up to 7 years where the law requires, or to resolve a billing dispute
  • LumiSpend Student Couple mode: your partner keeps the household, its budgets, bills and goals, and their own records

No Longer Have the App? Ask Us

Send the request from the email address you signed up with and say which app it's for. We'll confirm it's your account by email, then delete it within 20 working days. You can also email privacy@enovante.com.

At least 20 characters. Please don't include passwords or card details.
